Unit Owner will be responsible to get elevator key from lockbox (code to be assigned located in front vestibule at 644) and assist with delivery. If unit owner is unable to assist with delivery other arrangements will need to be made.

If there is more than one delivery for that day the unit owner will need to work with other unit owner based on schedule

After service Delivery/Move/Renovation) is complete the elevator key must be returned to the lockbox. There will be a lost key fee charge to unit owner if key is not returned.

If elevator should go down during your service follow the policy hung at each elevator stop.

This policy will become effective August 8, 2022
