Request an Additional or Replacement Key Fob

NOTE: The owner (seller) must turn over the key and FOB to the purchaser. New FOB’s will be invoiced for $25 per FOB and $50 per key if not transferred at closing. New keys are made by the property manager and can be picked up at Ameritech’s office. New FOBs for the front entry panel are activated by a board member and will be made when payment has been received by the property manager.
